Anesthetic Management of a Patient with Poland’s syndrome: A Case Report

Poland syndrome is a rare congenital disease characterized by various degrees of chest wall defects, such as deficits in the small thoracic muscle and defects neuromuscular region muscle. These lung produce hypoventilation hypoxia function respiratory decreases, leading to increased pulmonary complications postoperatively. Since these patients have an risk malignant hyperthermia, careful attention required selection drugs for inducing general anesthesia.
